REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
WICK-MOR PLACE AND STOREYLAND SUBDIVISIONS DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS – DRAINAGE STUDY, PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING, LAND ACQUISITION, AND CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING SERVICES
VILLAGE OF GODFREY, IL
The Village of Godfrey seeks the services of a highly qualified consulting firm to perform a drainage study, preliminary engineering, land acquisition, and construction engineering services for the Wick-Mor Place and Storeyland Subdivisions Drainage Improvements project. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Illinois Local Government Professional Services Selection Act (50 ILCS 510).
The Village desires to evaluate existing stormwater drainage conditions and infrastructure throughout both subdivisions and relevant contributing upstream and downstream areas; identify deficiencies contributing to flooding of yards, structures, and streets; and develop practical, cost-effective improvements that mitigate drainage problems without adversely affecting surrounding properties or drainage systems.
The evaluation criteria and weighting for this project are as follows : Technical Approach – 30%; Firm/Key Personnel Experience – 25%; Relevant Project Experience and Past Performance – 25%; Project Management and Workload Capacity – 15%; and Quality Assurance and Quality Control – 5%.
Interested consultants should request the complete RFQ packet from the Village Clerk’s Office at clerk@godfreyil.org. The packet contains a detailed project description, scope of services, evaluation criteria, and specific requirements for the format and content of submissions.
Statements of Qualifications are due December 4, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Village Clerk’s Office, Village Hall, 6810 Godfrey Road, Godfrey, IL 62035. Submissions shall include three (3) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy in searchable PDF format on a USB flash drive, enclosed in a sealed envelope. Interviews are not anticipated.
